Devon’s philosophy is driven by his experience growing up on an organic farm. Passionate about world travel and local flavor experiences, he began his career as a cook at the age of 15 and graduated from the University of Hawaii Maui Culinary Arts School with a focus on artistic fine dining, farm-to-table, and vegan cuisine. 

Throughout his career, he has lived in Hawaii, North America, Australia, Israel, Sri Lanka, England and Sardinia. Devon has defined his style while working as a head chef and culinary consultant in the last decade in prestigious leading-edge restaurants such as EDEN & SEFA Kitchen in Bondi, Australia and recently launched his unique private chef and event catering services in Costa Rica.
